UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Hospice Liaison to establish and develop new business contacts, maintain relationships, and implement a sales/marketing plan within a defined territory. The role requires travel 50% or more and fluency in managing referrals and admissions processes.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year in healthcare or related fields, or equivalent healthcare business development experience, plus RN/LPN license in the state of service and relevant certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year experience in healthcare, business development, or related field.
• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of service. MSW, LCSW, PT, OT, SLP, and PA.

Aufgaben

• Achieves admissions and payor-mix goals.
• Maintains a complete, up-to-date record of referrals in CRM within an assigned territory.
• Documents minimum sales calls daily in CRM with notes.
• Assists the care center with referral-to-admission process.
• Masters the sales model and uses the process daily.
• Develops and maintains client relationships within a competitive marketplace.
• Prepares business plans and maintains target lists; prioritizes accounts.
• Responds to customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Travel 50%+ within the territory.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree with 1+ year experience

RN/LPN license in state of service; MSW/LCSW/PT/OT/SLP/PA licensure
