Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate CNA to provide direct and indirect patient care in home and community settings around Boca. You will assist with ADLs, hygiene, and comfort while maintaining a clean, nurturing environment and offering emotional support to patients and families.

Schedule: Monday through Friday; 7am - 3:30pm with 2 weekend shifts every 6 weeks. Florida CNA license and Basic Life Support certification are required, plus at least six months of

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Six months’ experience in hospital or healthcare setting.
• Valid driver's license, reliable car, and county familiarity.

What You’ll Need

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment.
• Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
• Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
