Job summary

Heart to Heart Hospice is seeking an Executive Director to lead our operations in Oklahoma. You will organize agency functions, oversee budgeting and strategic goals, and ensure interdisciplinary care while upholding ethical clinical practices.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of progressive healthcare operations management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong leadership and communication skills, and working knowledge of Medicare Hospice Benefit.

Qualifications

• possess management or supervisory experience in a health-related setting with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospice or healthcare operations and sales management.
• Minimum of 3 years progressive experience managing healthcare operations; hospice preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
• Knowledge of Medicare Hospice Benefit and healthcare processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct Agency functions, including budgeting and strategic goals.
• Ensure interdisciplinary care while maintaining ethical business and clinical practices.
• Direct staff performance, supervision and education across shifts and teams.
• Maintain staff competence, orientation, in-service and ongoing training programs.
• Ensure compliant operations with federal and state laws and Medicare regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process changes and drive growth.
