Heart’n Soul Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee invites an experienced Executive Director to lead agency operations, ensure high-quality, compassionate care, and develop strategic partnerships with providers, payers, and the community.

The role requires strong executive presence, financial management, and capability to supervise a diverse team. This full-time position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits to support staff, patients, and families.

Qualificações

• Licensed physician, RN, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or licensed nursing home administrator with management experience in health settings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospice/healthcare operations and sales management.
• At least 3 years of progressive healthcare operations management experience (hospice preferred).
• Proven ability to supervise and direct management personnel.
• Understanding of business processes and systems in healthcare.
• Experience implementing standard methods and practices when changing organizational processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; executive presence.
• Knowledge of Medicare Hospice Benefit preferred.
• Experience with EMR/CRM software is a plus.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and direct agency operations, including budgeting and strategic progress.
• Ensure interdisciplinary care while maintaining ethical clinical practice.
• Direct staff in admissions, discharge, transfers, and service provision.
• Supervise and educate staff; conduct orientation, training, and evaluations.
