Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise hospice agency personnel and operations.
• Provide leadership to maintain high employee satisfaction and low turnover.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; oversee continuing education.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee quality of care and conduct supervisory visits as needed.
• Manage budget to optimize productivity and service utilization.
• Develop key relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and referral sources.
