Job summary

Adoration Health in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an Executive Director to lead daily hospice operations and ensure compliant, compassionate care across the organization. The role emphasizes budget management, staffing oversight, and adherence to healthcare standards while supporting patients, families, and care teams.

The ideal candidate will have a business or healthcare leadership background, strong community relations skills, and knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree in health care or related field preferred.
• Two to five years of experience in health care management.
• Ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Ability to work tactfully with the community.
• Knowledge of corporate business management and Medicare Hospice Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospice operations including budgeting, planning, staffing, and compliance.
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care.
• Support and develop staff through training and supervision.
• Foster interdisciplinary team collaboration among nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains, and others.
• Drive organizational excellence by monitoring services, finances, and patient outcomes and implementing improvements.
• Build strong partnerships with departments, community partners, vendors and leadership.
