Job summary

Vivie in Fargo, ND is seeking a Hospice Education Manager to guide the development of our team’s essential asset—their knowledge—through onboarding, ongoing training, regulatory education, and quality initiatives. You’ll collaborate with leadership, performance improvement, and regulatory teams to ensure staff meet and exceed care standards.

Design and deliver training, leverage Relias and other platforms, and support education across Vivie and Ethos locations.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Minnesota and North Dakota.
• Minimum of 1 year hospice case management experience.
• Experience in staff education and curriculum development preferred.
• Strong understanding of Hospice care standards and regulatory compliance.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel regularly to Vivie and Ethos locations.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Physical capacity to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Design & Deliver Training Programs - Lead onboarding, annual training, regulatory education, and quality initiatives using evidence-based instructional methods tailored to adult learners.
• Promote Regulatory Compliance & Competency - Support survey readiness through chart audits, skills fairs, mock evaluations, and direct observation.
• Leverage Technology to Enhance Learning - Utilize Relias, Post-Acute Academy, and Elsevier to manage education programs and track completions.
• Respond to Evolving Education Needs - Identify performance gaps and implement personalized education plans.
• Provide Support Across Continuum - Offer hands-on instruction and virtual training across Vivie and Ethos locations; assist staffing as needed.
