Job summary

Bloom Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Clinical Trainer to coordinate, deliver, and track hospice training across the organization. You will use approved materials to ensure annual, onboarding, competency, and compliance training is engaging and practical.

Responsibilities include managing LMS profiles, tracking completion, and reporting to leaders. Travel within Colorado and to Texas and Missouri may be required, with a focus on survey readiness and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice preferred, hospice experience may be considered.
• CHPN or relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years hospice or palliative care experience.
• Experience facilitating training and managing learning programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; adult learning mastery.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and LMS proficiency.
• Willingness to travel to Colorado, Texas, Missouri as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver he hospice training across the organization.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance and survey readiness.
• Coordinate live, virtual, field-based, and self-directed sessions.
• Set up new hire profiles and assign LMS modules (Relias or equivalents).
• Track completion, generate reports, and flag overdue requirements.
• Support audits and respond with training documentation.
• Coach individuals or small groups to close knowledge gaps.
• Partner with leadership to set training priorities and improvements.
