Alpha Home Health & Hospice in Everett, WA, seeks an experienced Hospice Director of Clinical Services to lead our growing hospice program. The role directs clinical operations, mentors managers, and ensures high-quality patient care across interdisciplinary teams in a hybrid, full-time capacity.

The ideal candidate brings RN licensure in WA, a BSN, BLS, and multiple years of healthcare and hospice leadership, with knowledge of Medicare COP.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license.
• BSN required.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years healthcare leadership.
• 2+ years hospice leadership.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare COP.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for hospice clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical managers and staff.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and retention efforts.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness.
• Partner with agency leadership on budgeting, staffing, and strategic growth.
• Support exceptional patient and family care through interdisciplinary collaboration.

Location: Everett, WA (Hybrid) Schedule: Full-Time Salary: $130,000-$150,000 DOE Industry: Hospice & Palliative Care

Qualifications Required

• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• 2+ years of hospice leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred MSN.
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.
• Hospice certification.
