Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice in Tacoma, WA seeks an experienced Hospice Director of Clinical Services (DCS/DON) to lead clinical operations, ensure Medicare/state compliance, and support interdisciplinary teams.

You will mentor clinical managers, oversee hiring and performance, drive quality improvement, and partner with leadership on budgeting and growth to deliver exceptional patient and family care.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license (or ability to obtain).
• BSN required.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• 1+ years of hospice leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for hospice clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and regulatory requirements.
