Qualifications

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, messages, and patient inquiries.
  • Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families.
  • Identify and communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team.
  • Assist with advance care planning documentation and care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records while ensuring compliance with agency procedures

Location: Everett, WA (On-Site)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation: $24-$33 per hour DOE
