BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to direct our Blue Bell, PA Hospice office. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive growth through referrals and partnerships, and own the office’s budgeting and performance. The role emphasizes community relationships, regulatory compliance, and patient‑centered care.

You’ll shape the office culture, mentor future leaders, and ensure exceptional care while representing BAYADA in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of healthcare supervisory or management experience; home health or hospice preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations, including OASIS and PPS.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania healthcare regulations.
• Proven ability to organize, manage, market, and grow an office.
• Strong leadership, recruitment, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hospice office management, operations, and services.
• Lead budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management.
• Monitor service quality to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
• Ensure staff education, coaching, and performance support.
• Build relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and partners.
• Identify growth opportunities based on community needs and trends.
• Represent BAYADA with external organizations and agencies.
