Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced RN or licensed clinician to lead our hospice office in Newtown Square, PA. You will oversee performance, staffing, budgets, and care quality, partnering with clinical leaders to ensure compassionate patient care.

Ideal candidates bring hospice or high-volume healthcare operation experience, strong recruiting and budgeting skills, and a proven ability to build community relationships and lead a growing team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license or licensed clinician.
• Four-year college degree.
• Verifiable supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance and day-to-day operations of the Newtown Square hospice office.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff and emerging leaders.
• Oversee staffing, planning, budgets, and fiscal performance.
• Partner with clinical leaders to support care quality, staff development, and compliance.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, facilities, and community referral partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and grow the office.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, recognition, and care.
