Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care's Hospice division seeks an RN Clinical Manager in Newtown Square, PA to lead an interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.

You will provide clinical oversight, mentor staff, ensure regulatory readiness, and collaborate with physicians and facilities. BSN or MSN preferred; RN required; strong leadership and communication essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership within hospice, home health, palliative care, or related healthcare setting.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary clinical teams and providing mentorship.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance standards, and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities for a Hospice Clinical Manager:

• Lead and inspire an interdisciplinary hospice team focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.
• Support the team by providing clinical guidance, mentorship, and sound judgment to promote exceptional patient and family experiences.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Participate in Performance Improvement, Quality Assurance, and regulatory readiness activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Develop, coach, and mentor future hospice leaders through ongoing education, support, and professional development.
• Provide leadership support for complex clinical situations and assist with care planning and problem-solving.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, facilities, referral sources, and community partners to strengthen relationships and enhance patient care.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top hospice talent.
• Help drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, mission-driven workplace culture.
• Support office operations and growth initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications for Hospice RN Clinical Manager:

• Passion for hospice and end-of-life care (previous hospice experience required).
• Proven leadership experience within hospice, home health, palliative care, or a related healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop interdisciplinary clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance standards, and quality initiatives.
• Experience managing patient caseloads, coordinating care, and supporting complex clinical decision-making.
• Desire to lead an interdisciplinary care team while advancing a culture of compassion and excellence.
• Registered Nurse required; BSN or Master's degree preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
