BAYADA Hospice seeks an experienced Hospice Clinical Manager to lead an interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate end-of-life care in a Newtown Square, PA setting. You will mentor clinicians, ensure regulatory readiness, and drive quality outcomes while supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospice and end-of-life care.
• Proven leadership experience within hospice, home health, palliative care, or a related healthcare setting.
• Lead, coach, and develop interdisciplinary clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance standards, and quality initiatives.
• Experience managing patient caseloads, coordinating care, and supporting complex clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary hospice team focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and sound judgment to promote patient and family experiences.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Participate in Performance Improvement, Quality Assurance, and regulatory readiness activities.
• Develop, coach, and mentor future hospice leaders through ongoing education and development.
• Provide leadership support for complex clinical situations and care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, facilities, referral sources, and community partners to strengthen relationships and patient care.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top hospice talent.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster mission-driven workplace culture.
• Support office operations and growth initiatives with focus on quality outcomes.
