Job summary

Affinity Health Management in Cleveland, OH seeks a Community Liaison to drive local marketing and build referral networks. You will represent the organization at community events and respond to customer inquiries while collaborating with the Administrator on marketing initiatives.

The role requires strong communications, negotiation, and public relations skills, with a focus on budget-conscious marketing and strategic planning to expand services and improve patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Applicable work experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree at the Administrator's discretion.
• 3+ years experience in health care marketing management, preferably in hospice care.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily marketing activities including collaborating with the Administrator in establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Monitors allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.
• Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections.
• Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Builds and monitors community, customer, and patient perceptions of Affinity Health Management as a high quality provider of services.
• Contributes to organizations strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Affinity Health Management markets including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor’s market positioning.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by Affinity Health Management.
• Monitors and reports cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
