Adoration Health in Richmond, VA seeks a Community Liaison to promote hospice services to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and community partners. You will build relationships, attend events, and manage outreach activities to connect families with compassionate end-of-life care.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare marketing, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with care teams to ensure timely referrals and high-quality care.

Competenze

• 2+ years health care marketing experience
• Current and valid state driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work closely with others at all levels of the organization and communities we serve
• Demonstrates the highest degree of customer service and professionalism

Mansioni

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand
• Track and manage outreach activity in CRM
• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help
• Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care
• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning
• Complete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on time
• Follow all healthcare rules and regulations
