Job summary

Seasons Hospice is seeking a Marketing & Community Relations professional to grow our presence in the Muskogee community and connect more patients and families with compassionate hospice care.

You’ll be out in the community, building genuine relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral partners, educating professionals about hospice services, and representing Seasons Hospice at events. This role focuses on measurable growth and close collaboration with clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and hospice marketing experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare partners.
• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and referral support.
• Identify opportunities for growth and create strategies to reach new referral sources.
• Represent Seasons Hospice at community events and professional gatherings.
• Track marketing efforts, referral activity, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and clinical team to support census and growth.
