Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or related field.
• Three or more years of healthcare marketing experience; hospice experience valuable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to start conversations and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare partners.
• Build relationships with new referral sources while nurturing existing partnerships.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and patient support.
• Identify market growth opportunities and create strategies to reach new referral partners.
• Represent Seasons Hospice at community events, meetings, and professional gatherings.
• Monitor referral activity, market opportunities, and results to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and clinical teams to support census and growth.
