Job summary

Seasons Hospice is seeking a Marketing & Community Relations professional to grow our presence in the Muskogee community and connect more patients and families with compassionate hospice care. This role emphasizes building genuine relationships and representing the organization publicly.

You will educate healthcare partners, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to support census and growth while tracking performance across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years healthcare marketing experience preferred.
• Hospice experience valuable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare partners.
• Build relationships with new referral sources while nurturing existing partnerships.
• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and support provided to patients and families.
• Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to reach new referral partners.
• Represent Seasons Hospice at community events, networking opportunities, meetings, and professional gatherings.
• Stay connected to the needs of referral partners and ensure exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Work with agency leadership and the clinical team to support census and organizational growth.
• Track marketing efforts, referral activity, market opportunities, and results.
• Serve as a knowledgeable, professional ambassador for Seasons Hospice in the community.

Seasons Hospice is looking for an exceptional Marketing & Community Relations professional to help grow our presence in the Muskogee community and connect more patients and families with the compassionate hospice care they deserve.

This isn’t a behind-the-desk marketing position. You’ll be out in the community building genuine relationships and representing an organization you can be proud of.

You’ll:

• Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare partners.
• Build relationships with new referral sources while continuing to nurture existing partnerships.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and the support we provide to patients and families.
• Identify opportunities for growth within the market and develop creative strategies to reach new referral partners.
• Represent Seasons Hospice at community events, networking opportunities, meetings, and professional gatherings.
• Stay connected to the needs of our referral partners and help ensure they receive exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Work closely with agency leadership and the clinical team to support census and organizational growth.
• Track marketing efforts, referral activity, market opportunities, and results.
• Serve as a knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic ambassador for Seasons Hospice throughout the community.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with three (3) or more years of healthcare marketing experience; hospice experience is especially valuable.
