Job summary

Continuum Care Hospice, LLC seeks a Community Liaison in Oklahoma City to lead community marketing efforts, build referral networks, and drive outreach initiatives. You will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute marketing plans, represent the organization at events, and monitor market dynamics to sustain growth.

The role requires healthcare marketing experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least three years of health care marketing management experience, preferably in hospice care operations.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates strong communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities. Health care marketing experience in hospice or home care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily marketing activities in collaboration with the Administrator to establish and implement marketing initiatives.
• Monitors resource allocation according to budgetary limits.
• Develops a comprehensive marketing plan through market assessments to meet budgeted volume projections.
• Implements marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgeted volumes.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Builds and monitors perceptions of Continuum Care Hospice, LLC as a high-quality provider.
• Contributes to strategic planning by identifying opportunities for enhanced services.
• Maintains knowledge of local markets including government agencies, payers, referral sources, and competitors.
• Shares market knowledge with organization personnel.
