Job summary

Continuum Care Hospice, LLC in Connecticut seeks a Community Liaison to lead and coordinate local marketing efforts. You will establish relationships with customers, referral sources, and community organizations, organize events, and represent the organization at community activities.

In this role you will monitor marketing initiatives, develop plans within budget, and work closely with the Administrator to grow access to hospice services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; health care marketing experience may substitute.
• 3+ years in health care marketing management, hospice experience preferred.
• Ability to market aggressively and engage with community stakeholders.
• Strong communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily marketing activities and collaborate with Administrator on initiatives.
• Monitor resources and budget to meet marketing targets.
• Develop market assessments and a marketing plan aligned with budgets.
• Implement marketing initiatives to achieve budgeted volume.
• Establish relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Shape community perceptions of Continuum Care Hospice, LLC as a high-quality provider.
• Support strategic planning with opportunities for service enhancements.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, government agencies, payers, and competitors.
• Share marketing knowledge with organization personnel.
• Guide customers to community resources when our services differ.
• Monitor and report cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
