Job summary

YoloCares in Davis, CA is seeking a Hospice Community Liaison to develop and maintain strategic relationships that increase awareness of YoloCares and expand access to hospice services.

As part of the Business Development team, you will build partnerships with healthcare providers, referral sources, payors, and community organizations, while supporting growth and market expansion in California's Central Valley region. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, communications, or related field.
• 5–10 years’ sales, marketing, business development, or related experience.
• 3–5 years’ supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, payors, SNFs, and senior living organizations.
• Identify and cultivate new referral sources and business opportunities.
• Educate referral partners and community organizations about YoloCares' hospice services and programs.
• Develop proposals and respond to RFPs from potential partners and customers.
