Job summary

YoloCares in Davis, CA is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead an interdisciplinary hospice team. Reports to the Chief Clinical Officer and oversees daily clinical operations, coaching staff, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires an RN license in California, a BSN, and at least 3 years nursing experience with hospice exposure, including leadership experience. On-site role with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RN license in California is required.
• BSN from an accredited program is required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience, including at least 1 year in hospice/palliative care.
• At least 1 year of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge of hospice and palliative care.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to clinical staff.
• Oversee daily clinical operations with the Chief Clinical Officer.
• Lead interdisciplinary team to deliver patient‑centered hospice care.
• Assist with after‑hours on‑call rotation as needed.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
