Job summary

YoloCares is seeking a Clinical Manager in Davis, CA to lead an interdisciplinary hospice care team and oversee daily clinical operations. You will coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate holds a CA RN license with a BSN, has at least 3 years of nursing experience including hospice/palliative care, and 1 year of leadership. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in good standing.
• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience, including at least 1 year in hospice, home health, palliative care, or a related setting.
• At least 1 year of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge of hospice and palliative care, including pain and symptom management and end‑of‑life care.
• Experience supporting interdisciplinary care teams and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing clinical and operational needs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to meet YoloCares employment requirements, including background screening.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting up to 60 pounds.
