Franciscan Health Lafayette Central is seeking a Hospice Community Outreach Specialist to educate target groups about services across post-acute care and to coordinate outreach marketing strategies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Health Promotion, Marketing or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2 years of health care related sales and marketing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates CBISA reporting and troubadour activities to track community involvement and program impact.
• Coordinates Speakers Bureau to provide speakers for internal and external events.
• Plans and coordinates health screenings booths and staffing.
• Develops programs and strategies for referrals and referral sources within post-acute care.
• Maintains contact management database for referral accounts.
• Responds to complaints and concerns from referral sources and physicians.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree- Health Promotion, Marketing, Sales or Related- Preferred
