Job summary

Ohio’s Hospice is seeking a Community Outreach Hospice Liaison in the Dayton area to grow referrals and partnerships. This full-time, outside sales role involves building relationships with professional and community sources, and covering the Huber Heights and Troy area.

The position requires healthcare/business development experience, hospice familiarity, and strong CRM/documentation skills. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare or business development.
  • Previous Hospice experience required.
  • Two years in a sales/marketing role within healthcare with proven results.
  • CRM experience preferred; ability to document services and communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to drive during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather.
  • Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record and state minimum auto insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain relationships with professional and community referral sources.
  • Manage territory coverage for Dayton area including Huber Heights and Troy, Ohio.
  • Drive outside sales activities to meet growth targets and mission.

Community Outreach Hospice Liaison - Making every moment matter

This is a full-time M-F 8:30am-5:00pm position with occasional evening/weekends as needed. This is a driving position with the coverage area of Huber Heights and Troy Ohio

Job Summary:

The Community Outreach Hospice Liaison has an essential role to the organization’s continued strategic growth. This is an outside sales position responsible for creating and sustaining relationships with professional and community referral sources. Ohio’s Hospice has a four-cornerstone approach to business development that will help guide the Community Outreach Liaison to success. Our four-cornerstone approach balances Territory Management, Industry Knowledge, Internal Collaboration and Selling Skills. Community Outreach Liaison Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or business development
  • Previous Hospice experience required
  • Preferred two years in a sales/marketing role within the healthcare industry with a proven record of accomplishments in direct sales and marketing.
  • Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and communicate effectively, CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather.
  • Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
