Qualifications

• At least three years of health care marketing management experience, preferably hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively and engage with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements community marketing initiatives with the Administrator.
• Maintains relationships with referral sources and customers.
• Organizes community marketing events and represents the organization publicly.
• Monitors budget adherence and reports on marketing cost effectiveness.
• Assesses market needs and contributes to strategic planning within the hospice.
