Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a results-driven Healthcare Business Development professional to serve as the primary liaison between Enhabit and referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities. The role focuses on referral growth, education of program requirements, and facilitating smooth post-acute transitions to improve patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field, at least two years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field or nursing/therapy/social work graduate.
• Minimum two years experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.
• In-office attendance required for non-remote roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, senior living, etc.).
• Support referral growth by educating sources about Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Help navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
