Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary care team, delivering compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities include personal care, vital signs, meal assistance, thorough documentation, and travel to patient homes for scheduled visits. We offer a full-time schedule with benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
