Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Hospice Nursing Aide in Texas to support patient care at home, assisting with bathing, dressing, and activities of daily living under RN supervision.

The role requires caregiver experience and a valid nurse aide registry in the state; you will collaborate with nurses, families, and care teams to ensure comfortable, safe, and compassionate care for patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year full-time direct client care in an institutional setting.
• One year direct client care experience in home health or hospice within the last five years.
• Must be registered and in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks for hospice patients, including hygiene, bathing and wound care.
• Coordinate with supervising RNs to keep the team informed about patient progress and family needs.
