Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking Hospice Nursing Aides to support patients in their homes across our service area. You will assist with personal care tasks, monitor patients, and coordinate with supervising RNs to ensure comfort and safety in every visit.

Qualified applicants have at least one year of direct client care experience and are registered on the state nurse aide registry. CPR certification and reliable transportation are required to join our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of direct client care in an institutional setting or home health/hospice in last five years.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks including changing bedding, changing clothing, bathing hospice patients, and helping with hygienic routines.
• Nursing Aides consult with supervising RNs to keep the hospice team apprised of patient progression and family needs.
