Qualifications

• Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience.
• Hospice nursing and nursing management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the delivery of skilled and non‑skilled hospice services to ensure high‑quality, patient‑ and family‑centered care.
• Leads interdisciplinary team meetings and provides ongoing guidance and direction to IDT members.
• Hires, supervises, coaches, and develops staff in coordination with Human Resources and discipline‑specific leadership.
