Job summary

Alliance for Care at Home is seeking a Hospice Clinical Manager to lead hospice care delivery with clinical excellence and compassionate oversight. You will supervise an interdisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, spiritual care, and other support services, ensuring coordinated, high-quality end-of-life care.

You will partner with field staff, physicians, and leadership to shape care delivery, staff development, and continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance and CHAP

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage.
• Ability to travel moderately within service area.
