Job summary

Hospice of Washington County in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Hospice Clinical Manager to oversee clinical patient care delivery in assigned areas, coordinating human, fiscal and communication resources to ensure quality care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s Degree preferred) and Maryland RN licensure, with at least five years of progressive clinical experience including two years in lead or supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s Degree in Nursing, or related degree or the equivalent preferred.
• RN or other relevant licensure in the state of Maryland.
• At least five (5) years progressive clinical experience, including at least two (2) years in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, manages the clinical patient care delivery of identified area(s) of responsibility.
• Manages the human, fiscal and communication resources to facilitate coordination of care.
• Develops and administers sound policies, procedures, budgets and clinical practices.
