Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a Director of Clinical Services in Massachusetts to lead the clinical team, implement policies, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. You will hire qualified hospice personnel, oversee service delivery, and coordinate evaluations while maintaining high care standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and at least 5 years in healthcare with RN licensure in good standing. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• A strong leader with impeccable organizational, strategic, analytical and project management skills.
• A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
• 5 years in healthcare industry preferred
• 2 years of leadership experience; Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
