Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a highly skilled Director of Clinical Services to lead our hospice operations and clinical team. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient and family care, maintain regulatory compliance, and support growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare experience, hospice experience strongly required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee hospice operations and clinical services, ensuring exceptional patient and family care while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness while driving quality improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, collaboration, and excellence.
• Support Brighton/Suncrest Hospice’s mission, vision, and values while partnering with regional leadership on staffing, budgeting, operational planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive growth and community engagement by building strong partnerships and ensuring the agency meets the needs of patients, families, and the community.

Qualifications

• Strong, results-driven leader with excellent organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience preferred, with hospice experience strongly required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
