Qualifications

5–10 years of progressive management and leadership experience in home health, hospice, geriatrics, or related.
Strong budget, financial, and operational performance skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, care delivery practices, and hospice operations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for hospice clinical services across locations.
Direct and develop clinical leaders in nursing, social work, aides, spiritual care, bereavement, and more.
Ensure safe, timely, coordinated, person-centered care per plan of care and regulatory standards.
Oversee admissions, assessments, transfers, discharges, and complex escalations.
Monitor census, acuity, staffing, productivity, and workflow; take corrective action as needed.
Lead quality, compliance, risk management, and survey readiness; drive performance improvement.
Develop partnerships with physicians, facilities, and community providers to support growth.
Drive budget and resource planning while balancing quality, access, and cost.
Ensure 24/7 clinical coverage and succession planning for workforce stability.
