Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; Georgia licensure preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive management and leadership experience in home health, hospice, geriatrics, or related.
• Strong budget, financial, and operational performance skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, care delivery practices, and hospice operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for hospice clinical services across locations.
• Direct and develop clinical leaders in nursing, social work, aides, spiritual care, bereavement, and more.
• Ensure safe, timely, coordinated, person-centered care per plan of care and regulatory standards.
• Oversee admissions, assessments, transfers, discharges, and complex escalations.
• Monitor census, acuity, staffing, productivity, and workflow; take corrective action as needed.
• Lead quality, compliance, risk management, and survey readiness; drive performance improvement.
• Develop partnerships with physicians, facilities, and community providers to support growth.
• Drive budget and resource planning while balancing quality, access, and cost.
• Ensure 24/7 clinical coverage and succession planning for workforce stability.
