Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of licensure (preferred).
• Healthcare management or clinical leadership experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation and state hospice regulations.
• Strong budgeting, staffing, census management, and cost-control skills.
• Familiar with reimbursement, claims, and appeals processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospice office operations and ensure efficient administrative functions.
• Lead staffing, supervision, and performance development of clinical and administrative personnel.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness for Medicare and state requirements.
• Develop and implement QAPI program in collaboration with leadership.
• Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration to support continuity of care and patient outcomes.
• Manage financial operations, budgets, and cost controls within organizational policies.
• Serve as Administrator On-Call and participate in after-hours coverage as required.
