Optimal Care, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Clinical Manager to lead end-of-life care delivery with clinical excellence and compassion. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality and operational performance across hospice services.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and collaboration with field staff, physicians, and organizational leadership to uphold dignity, comfort, and individualized patient care throughout the care journey.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage.
• Ability to travel moderately within service area.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospice care delivery with clinical excellence and compassion.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, and spiritual care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across hospice services.
