Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. seeks a Hospice Clinical Manager for Alpha Home Health & Hospice in Everett, WA. You will provide clinical oversight, manage the interdisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with hospice standards.

The ideal candidate has a WA RN license, at least 3 years hospice experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule and one remote day.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State.
• Minimum of 3 years hospice experience.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and daily management of hospice nursing and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure quality patient care and compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standards.
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Support staff through mentoring, education, coaching, and clinical guidance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff retention efforts.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and agency performance goals.
• Review patient care plans and ensure appropriate service delivery.
• Address patient and family concerns while promoting a positive care experience.
• Participate in on-call leadership support as needed.
