Job summary

Alpha Home Health & Hospice in Everett, WA is seeking a Hospice Clinical Manager to lead our clinical hospice team. This full-time role requires an active WA RN license and at least 3 years of hospice experience, with leadership experience preferred.

You will oversee nursing and interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians and social workers to coordinate care. The role includes 1 remote workday per week and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hospice regulations and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and daily management of hospice nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff retention efforts.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and agency performance goals.
• Review patient care plans and ensure appropriate service delivery.
• Address patient and family concerns while promoting a positive care experience.
• Participate in on-call leadership support as needed.

• Experience managing interdisciplinary clinical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
