Job summary

Hospice of the West is seeking an RN Clinical Director in Phoenix to lead an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, Aides, Social Workers and Chaplains, ensuring compassionate, compliant care. You will collaborate with the Program Director and Hospice Physician to drive growth and quality across programs.

The role requires clinical leadership, commitment to guidelines, and a focus on patient and family-centered care. Sign-on bonus and relocation support accompany a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Registered Nurse with a current state license.
• At least 3 years nursing experience, including 1 year hospice/home health/oncology.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in hospice or home health care preferred.
• Experience in terminal care, crisis intervention, pain/symptom control, and family counseling.
• Proficient with computers and EMR software; CPR certification may be required.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Champion Comprehensive Patient Support: oversee patient services per hospice policies.
• Empower Teams: guide an amazing clinical team and foster care improvements.
• Quality Assurance: conduct chart audits for regulatory and ethical standards.
• Training Excellence: develop orientation and in-service training for staff.
• Performance Advancement: evaluate staff performance and provide coaching.
• Collaborative Leadership: lead interdisciplinary meetings to refine Care Plans.
