Job summary

BAYADA Hospice is seeking a Client Services Manager to support PMH Hospice offices in Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties. This in-office role focuses on coordinating administrative workflows, scheduling, referrals, and billing while partnering with clinical leadership to ensure compassionate, continuous care for patients and families.

The candidate will bring energy, organizational skills, and empathy to a fast-paced environment, with a preference for experience with Homecare Homebase

Qualifications

• High energy, sound judgment and the ability to stay organized in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence with patients, families, and staff.
• Willingness to work 100% in the office.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day office operations that support safe, reliable hospice care.
• Manage scheduling, referrals, admissions, and invoicing workflows as part of administrative processes.
• Partner with clinical leadership, field staff, patients, and families to support timely communication and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate records and use technology to monitor work and resolve issues.
