BAYADA Hospice is seeking a Client Services Manager to support PMH Hospice in Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties. This 100% in-office role guides scheduling, referrals, admissions, and billing while coordinating with clinical leadership to ensure compassionate, reliable care.

The ideal candidate will bring energy, empathy, and organized leadership to a fast-moving office, with a focus on clear communication and proactive problem-solving in end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day office operations that support safe, reliable hospice care.
• Help manage scheduling, referrals, admissions, billing and invoicing workflows, onboarding, insurance confirmations, and related administrative processes.
• Partner with clinical leadership, field staff, home health aides, patients, and families to ensure timely communication and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate records and use technology to monitor work and resolve issues.
• Communicate with grieving families and caregivers with patience, empathy, and respect.
• Set expectations with field team members and follow through on commitments.
• Prioritize competing needs and remain calm in high-stress situations.
• Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture grounded in compassion and reliability.
