BAYADA Hospice is seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee PMH Hospice operations in an in-office role. You will coordinate scheduling, referrals, admissions, and billing while partnering with clinical leadership to ensure compassionate, timely care for patients and families in Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties.

The position emphasizes empathetic communication, organizational excellence, and the ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• A degree is preferred and may support future leadership growth.
• Healthcare experience welcome but not required; candidates from other backgrounds will be considered if they are sharp, eager to learn, and committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day office operations to support safe, reliable hospice care.
• Manage scheduling, referrals, admissions, billing and invoicing workflows, onboarding, and insurance confirmations.
• Partner with clinical leadership, field staff, and families to ensure timely communication and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate records and use technology to monitor work and resolve issues.
• Communicate with grieving families with empathy and respect.
• Set clear expectations with field team and follow through on commitments.
• Prioritize competing needs and remain calm in high-stress situations.
• Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture grounded in compassion and reliability.
