Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with the I/DD population preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality client care and support.
• Coordinate client services and manage staffing and scheduling needs.
• Grow an assigned caseload through relationship-building and service excellence.
• Develop partnerships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Foster collaboration with field and office staff.

• Support field employees with guidance and supervision with Clinical Managers.
