BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager / Scheduling Coordinator in our Dover, DE Assistive Care Office. You will coordinate client services, manage scheduling issues, and grow your caseload while delivering compassionate home health care.

The role emphasizes strong communication, supervisory potential, and tracking metrics to ensure quality care. A Bachelor's degree is required; experience in medical office or home care is preferred, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Associate degree with relevant experience considered.
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Demonstrated record of increasing responsibility (goal achievement).
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
• Strong computer skills including electronic medical records (EMR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Coordinate client services and emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage caseload and proactively grow it.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Monitor metrics to ensure fiscal management of your caseload.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees.
