Job summary

VitalCaring Group is seeking a Part Time Hospice Chaplain/Spiritual Counselor in Flowood, MS. You will provide compassionate spiritual care, grief support, and presence to patients and families navigating end-of-life journeys.

You will develop individualized care plans, collaborate with nurses, social workers, and physicians, and maintain thoughtful, culturally sensitive care in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited seminary or school of theology is required.
• Strong communication, empathy, and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual counseling and emotional support to patients and families.
• Develop and implement individualized spiritual care plans.
• Document care activities and participate in quality initiatives.
