Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Chaplain to lead and coordinate spiritual care for patients and families in home-based settings. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive support.

The role requires ordination or ecclesiastical endorsement, experience with life-threatening illness and bereavement support, and basic technology skills for mobile devices and care coordination, in alignment with Enhabit policies.

Qualifications

• Must be ordained or endorsed to function in a pastoral capacity and have experience with patients and families facing life-threatening illness and death.
• Must have basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate all activities of the spiritual services program and the delivery of spiritual services to patients and their families.
• Provide support to the bereavement program with spiritual support to the patient and their family, consistent with Enhabit policies and procedures.
